Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

A cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Day of cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100%.

We offer a 15 minute window for late arrivals before needing to reschedule.

A credit card is required to make an appointment.

Retail Return Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange of an unopened product within 30 days of your purchase.

Your item must be unopened and in original packaging.

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, please send us an email at info@esxbeauty.com and reference your order number to have your exchange processed.

For an eligible return, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
